Personal Coaching / Running Training Program


Getting Started


In order for me to provide you with the most suitable running training program, we follow a detailed training process that helps you get the most out of my program and helps you reach your running goals. 

 

Runner's Profile 


Before you REGISTER, It is very important for me to first of all to get to know you, your training history, and your goals.  I have put together a Runner's Profile Questionnaire for the above mentioned purposes.  Please fill in as much information as possible during your REGISTRATION, and when I receive your form, I will start with this FREE assessment.  I will contact you to clarify any of your information from the questionnaire and let you know how best I can help you achieve your goals.  This will help you get to know me and what I can do for your running.  Paying for the Running Training Program is easy through the fully secured PayPal system.  As for the Personal Coaching, you can make payment by local bank online bank in.

Goal Setting


My training process includes setting realistic and achievable running goals.   With intelligent training, you will have a realistic chance of achieving your goals within your desired time frame.

 

Ongoing Communication


I want to build the best possible relationship with my customers.  I will work with you every step of the way, and contact you with the most convenient method to find out your progress and any difficulties that you face during training.  You are encourage to ask any questions about my training programs.

Services offered


I offer two distinct services.

1). Personal Coaching - When you choose this service, I will personally coach you and run with you in each of the session in order to guide you with the correct paces to run a particular workout.  

2). Running Training Program - When you choose this service, you will be given a training plan on how and what to train, updated on a weekly basis based on your immediate and long term goals.  For runners who want to learn how to run 5km, 10km, half marathon or marathon, I offer running programs to help you improve performance.

I will also do the following for you:-
-  review past training via questionnaire
-  preview immediate and long term goals via questionnaire
-  phone conference / calls / whatsapp or any communication method you are comfortable with to clarify training plans
-  provide monthly training plans spreadsheet via email
-  unlimited email contacts regarding upcoming workouts and reviews of previous workouts
-  update training plans weekly based on response to previous training
-  race planning


Three months minimum commitment. 

Either one you choose, the following still apply.

 

Payment Options for Running Training Program

 A) Pay each month 1 at a time RM69





B) Reoccurring monthly payments RM69




C)  Six months in advance (10% savings) RM327





Payment

Training Plan fees are payable by PayPal and required one week prior to the start of each monthly schedule.  PayPal offers re-occurring credit card payments. Check with your credit card company, as your purchase may be eligible for rewards points.
